Returns & Exchanges

 RETURNS

If you are not in love with your item please let us know and you are welcome to return the item within 3 days of receiving.

 

Please note that tax and shipping is non-refundable. In addition, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

*All discounted/sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused ,with the hangtag attached and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

​

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made, resized or otherwise altered items are not eligible for returns.

​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. â€‹â€‹

​

We will credit your original method of payment minus the shipping charges. Once your return arrives please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once completed.

  • Please email info@omkaramala.com within 3 days to arrange for the safe return of the items. Buyers are responsible for the safe return of the items. 

​

  • All international returns are responsible for scheduling their own shipping and all charges incurred including duty and taxes.

​

*We will not accept returns that are sent COD. Items rejected at delivery will be charged the shipping fee.*

BROKEN MALAS

If your mala breaks within 6 months of purchase, please fill out the form below with the following information:

  • Order number and your name

​

  • Image of the product

​

  • Description of what happened (so we can prevent it from happening again!)

​

FAULTY ITEMS

Every product we send out is inspected to ensure it's of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a broken or damaged item please email us and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 10 days of purchase. Please note that the natural variances in the guru, wood or gemstone beads is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If you have received a faulty item, please send us an email to info@omkaramala.com with an image of the faulty product, once accepted we will arrange a pre-paid return postage label. We will replace the item if it is in stock, or refund you upon return.
